These Terms of Service govern your use of PromoLink, a music promotion platform operated by IAMT Music 2021 SCP. By creating an account or using PromoLink, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
PromoLink is a music promotion platform that enables labels, artists and agencies to create and deliver promotional campaigns via email and Instagram direct messages. The platform provides tools for contact management, campaign analytics, Instagram comment management, SmartLink creation, and AI-assisted content generation.
PromoLink acts as a technical delivery provider. Users are solely responsible for the content they create and distribute through the platform.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use PromoLink.
- One person or entity may maintain multiple sender profiles under a single account.
- PromoLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PromoLink only for legitimate music promotion purposes. You must not:
- Send unsolicited bulk emails or spam
- Upload contact data that was not lawfully obtained
- Distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from PromoLink
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security
- Send messages containing malware, phishing links or deceptive content
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when sending campaigns
4. Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you upload to PromoLink, including audio files, artwork and campaign text. By uploading content, you grant PromoLink a limited license to store, process, transcode and deliver that content as necessary to provide the service.
4.2 Responsibility for Content
You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and distribute all content through PromoLink. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
4.3 Audio Processing
When you upload audio files, PromoLink may automatically generate additional formats (MP3 320kbps, MP3 192kbps, AIFF) for delivery purposes. These transcoded files are subject to the same license terms as the original upload.
5. Contact Data and Email Campaigns
- You are the Data Controller for all contact data you upload to PromoLink.
- You must have a lawful basis (such as consent or legitimate interest) for contacting each individual.
- You must comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and all applicable email regulations.
- You must honour unsubscribe requests promptly.
- PromoLink reserves the right to suspend sending capabilities if abuse is detected.
6. Instagram Integration
PromoLink offers integration with Instagram through the Meta Platform. By connecting your Instagram Business Account, you agree to the following additional terms:

6.2 Instagram Comment Management
- PromoLink synchronizes comments from your Instagram posts to enable review and response through the PromoLink dashboard.
- AI-generated reply suggestions are provided for convenience. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all replies before they are posted.
- PromoLink is not responsible for any consequences resulting from replies you approve and post.
6.3 Instagram Direct Messages
- You may use PromoLink to send direct messages to contacts whose Instagram usernames you have provided.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate relationship with each recipient before sending messages.
- You must comply with Instagram's messaging policies and Community Guidelines.
- PromoLink is not responsible for any account restrictions imposed by Instagram due to your messaging activity.
- Message delivery is subject to Instagram's API availability and rate limits.
6.4 Disconnecting Instagram
You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time through PromoLink's settings or through Instagram's app settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling upon disconnection.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
7.1 Freemium Model
PromoLink operates on a freemium SaaS model. Basic features are available for free. Premium features require a paid subscription.
7.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis.
- You authorize PromoLink to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
- Prices may change with prior notice.
7.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
8. AI Features
- PromoLink uses AI (powered by OpenAI) to assist with email content generation, comment reply suggestions and other features.
- AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving all AI-generated content before it is sent or published.
- PromoLink does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness or quality of AI-generated content.
- No personal identifiers are sent to AI providers. Only the content context necessary for generation is shared.
9. Limitation of Liability
PromoLink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- PromoLink makes no warranties regarding the availability, reliability or accuracy of the platform.
- PromoLink is not liable for any email delivery failures, Instagram API outages, or third-party service disruptions.
- PromoLink is not responsible for the content created, uploaded or distributed by Users.
- PromoLink's total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
- PromoLink may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in activity that could harm other users or the service.
- Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
12. Changes to These Terms
PromoLink may update these Terms of Service as needed. Significant changes will be communicated to Users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
