PromoLink is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for the music industry. The platform enables music labels, artists, and agencies to:

• Create and distribute promotional email campaigns for music releases
• Manage contact lists and mailing lists
• Provide artists with promotional tools (Artist Toolkit): magic links, SmartLinks, social media cards
• Track engagement analytics (email opens, downloads, audio plays)
• Manage Instagram comments and direct messages

3. Intellectual Property

The source code, design, logos, trademarks, and all content on promolink.app are the intellectual property of IAMT Music 2021 SCP, unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of any content without express written authorization is prohibited.

Users retain all intellectual property rights over content they upload to the platform, including but not limited to audio files, artwork, and campaign descriptions.

4. Liability

IAMT Music 2021 SCP is not responsible for:

• Content uploaded or distributed by users through the platform
• The accuracy, legality, or quality of contact data imported by users
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party infrastructure, or scheduled maintenance
• Actions taken by third-party services integrated with the platform (Stripe, Meta, email providers)

Personal data collected through this website is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

PromoLink uses the following third-party service providers (sub-processors) to operate the platform. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements in compliance with GDPR Article 28.
