Sunrising Records

Sunrising Records has emerged as one of the more promising Swiss players on the horizon of the global dance scenes. Spanning across all shades of house music, the label effortlessly bridges the gap between past, present, and future club sounds. While deeply informed by the jack heritage of Chicago warehouses and the soul-stirring melodies of Detroitian ancestry, Sunrising Records continuously expands its sonic horizon. The label explores highly-crafted tech tunes and shifting electronic waves, now heavily infusing the deep, hypnotic rhythms of Afro, Organic, and Oriental House. It is a sound that wafts throughout sun-drenched, summer-dazed drum frenzies and spiritual dancefloor moments alike, offering the perfect early-morning rubdown for discerning crowds. These are tracks that easily travel to Africa, Latin-America, the Middle East, and far beyond. The man behind Sunrising Records is DJ Istar aka Daniel Bigler. He likes to work dancefloors uncompromisingly and churns out quality productions with aplomb. As the owner of a wide-ranging vinyl collection of 5,000 records and more, Daniel Bigler draws from a vast knowledge in all his musical endeavours, ensuring the label remains a versatile powerhouse for every house style. Join our tribe, let the music be your guide.
